of how far we came, in words of mine.

It was all in His plans for me to study in Sydney. Now that I'm here, it's up to me to shine His light.

get your facts right!

i was reading the straits times - home section today on youths perception of the closure of my school. some of the comments werent even true. there was one who said tht we were getting scholarships to go over, making us scholars. i mean, get your facts right. obviously you havent been reading the papers often enough to know tht we are not getting scholarships, just compensation and living expenses. so how does tht make us scholars? AND wht makes u think we dont have the potential to become scholars? sheesh. another person commented tht the government does not think highly of local unis cause they are attracting foreign unis to come over. well, if singapore unis were tht great, then why are u studying in a foreign uni? obviously you are not in a postion to make tht comment! tsk tsk. by the way, its not tht i'm against local unis, its just tht i dont like the local education system.

i think the special report on wednesday will make things worse. but then again, how bad can it get? some students are planning to sue the school. i just hope tht you are able to weigh your options carefully. :/
